I'm an illustrator from Texas who creates whimsical art inspired by my love of nature. Folklore, biology, and medieval times makeup the foundation of my work, from which I build humorous stories set in fantastical environments. I primarily paint with watercolor, ink, and gouache to evoke a feeling of nostalgia, reminiscent of the storybooks from my childhood. Special interests include: bugs, frogs, cats, mythological creatures, and whatever is currently growing in my garden.
