Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days. This may increase during periods of high order volume. 

I am a one woman show, and am currently in school, so please be patient as I work to fulfill your order. Many of my products are made to order by me in my home studio, or outsourced to other small businesses. I greatly appreciate your patience and support!

Shipping times:

US

Orders shipped via USPS first-class mail (untracked letter mail) are not trackable, and are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, but may take longer. If you haven't received your order within 2 weeks please double check your mailing address is correct, and then email me. Please include your order number in your email. If you need your order in a timely manner, please choose tracked shipping at checkout. 

Orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via USPS ground, and typically arrive in 3-5 business days (not including processing time).

International

Orders to the UK and Canada are shipped via DHL and their shipping partners, and typically arrive within 2-4 weeks (not including processing time).

Orders to Australia are shipped via DHL and their shipping partners, and typically arrive within 4-6 weeks (not including processing time).

Returns:

The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.
